Stolitsa

Stolitsa is a very large, uniform city with a population of several million. It was built during the dictatorship, so most of the buildings are similar in color, shape, and size. It is home to a very well maintained and free to use subway system that runs under the city. Recently, though, people are trying to decorate the city and add character to it. There is a lot of spray paint art that's popping up recently in light of this new development.
