Professor Kedr is 5'11" and weighs in at 150 pounds exactly. He has short black hair, almond shaped eyes, and sickly pale skin as a result of an excess of time spent indoors. He typically wears regular t-shirts and jeans under a lab coat, regardless of season. He never wears shoes. He has a thin, bony build that shows through his clothing. He tends to hunch over when he walks.
Personality: By far the memiest of the professors, Pasha suffers from internet addiction. He lives primarily in a world of his own thoughts and ideas and despises social interaction. He loves to develop new theories and abstract ideas, very few of which have any actual application. He knows lots of useless trivia.
He does not make new friends easily, but he clings closely to the ones he has. Most of his friends he met online. He doesn't really know how to interact with people, so he often voices taboos and says things that everyone thinks but no one is brave enough to say. He is oblivious to the feelings of others except people he is exceptionally familiar with, and as a result he comes off as uncouth and rude. Not that he cares, of course.
History: Pasha Kedr studies pokemon migration patterns. He was born in the reign of Alisa Braginskaya, and was forcibly inducted into pokemon research until he figured out that he liked it. His mother and father were killed under her hand, and ever since then he has held a burning hatred for the government. He only recently earned his doctorate in pokemon biology after five hard years of work, two of which were in Kalos under Professor Sycamore.
Currently, he resides as Head Professor of the Oblakov region in Stolitsa. He recently founded the Pokedex Initiative, and gives out starters and pokedexes to new trainers.
